B. Guardian Angel B & B has been
converted from an old hops farm house into a beautiful Victorian
getaway in New York's leather stocking region. We are centrally
located between historic Cooperstown (within 10 miles) and
historic Richfield Springs, allowing you great access to all
of our popular attractions, including the Glimmerglass Opera, the
Baseball Hall of Fame, as well as the Dreams Park training
facility. Come visit us today for the perfect relaxing getaway.

The first floor offers a fully
equipped eat-in kitchen, with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot
and cooking utensils.There is also a covered front porch and a deck off
the kitchen which is a great place to have your breakfast and start your
day!
There is a back deck which has a gas barbecue grill and patio furniture
and it is a great way to relax after a long day.
The second floor offers a living room with queen sofa bed, TV, full
bathroom.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and attached full bathroom. Bedroom
#2 has a queen bed and attached shared full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a
daybed (two twin beds) and attached shared full bathroom. Off of each of
the queen bedrooms are small balconies that offer stunning views of the
property
There is a washer & dryer available that are shared with the owners who
live in separate quarters on the house. |
